A redemption letter will be sent to all subscribers with fully paid-up accounts at least 8 weeks after the original date of purchase. All gift items must be redeemed within 30 days of the issue date of the redemption letter, after which, Signetique reserves the right to void and nullify the free gift offer and not honour any redemption of the gift item. Items for redemption are not exchangeable for cash or for any other payment in kinds. Signetique does not offer any warranty for the premiums and all further information on, but not restricted to, the operability, safety, features of the premiums must be taken up with the respective premium manufacturer or distributor. Signetique bears no responsibility over the consequences from the use of the premiums. Customers must make their own arrangements for the collection of the gift item.
